Members of the Navy League do not have to be former members of the U.S. Military Services.
Active duty members of the Armed Servicers are eligible for membership.

A civilian organization dedicated to informing the American people and their government that the United States of America is a maritime nation and that its national defense and economic well being are dependent upon strong Sea Services - United States Navy, United States Marine Corps, United States Merchant Marine
About our organization
-Chartered in 1966
-Covers Eastern North Carolina from Virginia Border to Onslow County
-Support for youth activities:
Sponsors a Sea Cadet Unit
Provides financial support & college scholarships to four Naval Junior ROTC programs at local high school
Honors outstanding Sea Cadets and Naval Junior ROTC cadets with Theodore Roosevelt Youth Medal
Assistance to Wounded Warrior barracks at Camp Lejeune
Adopted USCGC Maple & USCGC SNYDER
Award Sailor of the Quarter to Adopted Ship personnel Sponsor "Family Day Cruise"
Donates Christmas gift cards to Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society for distribution to Sea Service families
